Controlled medicines cannot legally go through the post. Medicines needing refrigeration are sent Express only and dispatched early in the week. We check before you pay and tell you what your options are.

Q: Do I have to create an account?

You will be asked to set one up when you send your prescription, because we need your consent to retrieve it from the national prescription service and an address to deliver to.

Q: What if I don't have a Medicare number?

You can still order, but PBS subsidy requires a Medicare number, so without one you are quoted the full price of the medicine rather than the co-payment. The amount is shown before you pay.

Nothing is charged until you say so. The amount you agree to is locked in at that moment — a pharmacist dispenses it and it's on its way.

Postage is worked out from your postcode and what's actually in the box, with Australia Post Standard and Express both quoted — rather than one fee that guesses high for everyone.

Courier where we cover

If your address falls inside a dispensing pharmacy's courier zone — currently Perth metro — a courier option appears, same day when you order before the cutoff and next business day after it.

Cold chain, handled

Medicines needing refrigeration go Express only and are dispatched early in the week so they don't sit over a weekend. Controlled medicines can't be posted at all. Either way you're told before you pay, not after.

Who dispenses

Dispensed by Australian pharmacies, not a warehouse.

Your prescription is dispensed by a PBS-approved community pharmacy in our Australian network, by pharmacists registered with AHPRA. Every one of them is a real pharmacy at a real address — not an offshore fulfilment centre. The one that dispenses your order is named on the label that comes with your medicine.

What is an eScript?

An electronic prescription. Instead of a paper slip, your doctor sends you a link or QR code by SMS or email. It works exactly like a paper script — you just can't lose it in a drawer.

Can I use my concession card?

Yes. If your concession or Health Care Card details are recorded on the prescription, the concessional price is applied automatically. DVA cards are recognised and priced at the concessional rate, and a Safety Net number on the script is picked up too.

How long does delivery take?

Standard post is usually two to five business days depending on where you are, and Express is faster. Where we run a courier zone, ordering before the daily cutoff can get it to you the same day; after the cutoff it's the next business day.
