About us

Real pharmacies, reached through one website.

TeleScriptRx is an online prescription service operated by Televita Pty Ltd. Prescriptions sent to us are dispensed by PBS-approved community pharmacies in our Australian network, by pharmacists registered with AHPRA — then posted to you. We are not a pharmacy ourselves, and we don't hold or supply medicines.

Who dispenses your order

A pharmacy in our network, not a warehouse. Every pharmacy we work with holds a current PBS approval for its premises and is registered with its state or territory pharmacy regulator.
Which one is yours. It depends on what you've been prescribed and where it's going. The pharmacy that dispensed your medicine is named, with its address, on the dispensing label in your parcel.
Want to know before it ships? Phone or email us and we'll tell you which pharmacy your order has gone to.

How to reach us

Phone 08 6256 8005 — current hours are shown on our support page, which reads them from the same place our team does.

To speak to a pharmacist about a medicine, phone us and ask — you'll be put through to one, not to a queue for a call back.

How we're regulated

The rules we work under, in plain terms.

Pharmacy approval

Every pharmacy in the network is registered with its state or territory pharmacy regulator and approved under the National Health Act to supply PBS medicines. We check that before a pharmacy joins, and we don't route orders to one that isn't.

AHPRA-registered pharmacists

Every prescription is reviewed by a pharmacist registered with the Pharmacy Board of Australia before anything is dispensed or packed.

Electronic prescriptions

We retrieve prescriptions through the national electronic prescription service, under the conformance requirements that apply to that connection.

Advertising rules

Prescription medicines can't be advertised to the public in Australia. That's why you won't find medicine names, prices for specific medicines, or patient testimonials anywhere on this site.

Your privacy

Health information is handled under the Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles. We ask for your consent before retrieving a prescription, we pass your details only to the pharmacy dispensing your order, and we don't use your health information to market to you.

Complaints

Tell us first — phone or email above — whether it's about us or about the pharmacy that dispensed your order. If we can't resolve it, you can take a complaint to AHPRA or to your state's health complaints commissioner.

Business relationships

Where you may have heard of us.

TeleScriptRx is operated by Televita Pty Ltd (ABN 55 670 753 750). Kimia Pharmacy is a separate company, with its own business and its own responsibilities, and it is one of the pharmacies that dispenses orders in our network.

We mention it because you may have first heard about us through a Kimia Pharmacy delivery, and you're entitled to know how the two connect before deciding where to send a prescription.

It changes nothing about what you pay: PBS co-payments are set by the Australian Government and are the same at every pharmacy in Australia.
